Kylan Shaw is Co-Founder of The EvanShaw Group, where he leads the firm’s strategy, finance, operations, commercial structure, and value realization discipline. Outside the firm, Kylan is a strategy and operations leader within institutional real estate, supporting enterprise-level initiatives across a multibillion-dollar national platform and working closely with senior executive leadership and institutional investment partners. His experience spans enterprise strategy, financial and operational planning, portfolio performance, organizational transformation, procurement, revenue growth, investment management, executive reporting, and large-scale strategic initiatives. He operates across finance, operations, technology, and investment functions to translate complex business challenges into executable strategies and measurable financial outcomes.
At EvanShaw, Kylan brings that same institutional discipline to AI transformation. He leads client economics, financial baselining, ROI modeling, business strategy, operating-model strategy, value tracking, and executive-level performance measurement, ensuring AI initiatives are evaluated not by activity or adoption alone, but by their impact on operating leverage, margin expansion, revenue growth, and long-term enterprise value.
Kylan is completing graduate business studies at Brown University, with advanced coursework in management, leadership, strategy, and organizational decision-making. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Purdue University, graduating magna cum laude.
